About Harshal T Gajare
Harshal T Gajare is a second-generation environmental professional and Founder of EHSSaral, a platform that makes EHS compliance clear and manageable for Indian industries. Having grown up around factory floors and compliance files through his family’s legacy firm, Perfect Pollucon Services (est. 2009), he blends practical on-ground realities with modern data, cloud, and automation to help manufacturers stay compliant without chaos. When he’s not decoding complex EHS laws, he’s building simple systems that make factory obligations transparent, proactive, and time-saving.

Background & credentials

  1. Worked across Excel, data engineering, BI, automation systems for various industries and cloud from 2007 to 2025 - brings a systems lens to environmental compliance
  2. Hands-on exposure to consent conditions, environmental monitoring, audits, and reporting through years of collaboration with industrial clients and regulatory experts
  3. Blends a deep understanding of environmental processes with experience in digital transformation to bridge the gap between compliance and technology
  4. Passionate about simplifying EHS workflows and helping manufacturers reduce manual effort through intelligent, automated systems
  5. Regularly shares insights on Environmental Compliance through a technology and automation lens, drawing from real discussions with EHS professionals and ground experience
  6. Believes that compliance should be predictable, data-driven, and future-ready - not reactive or paper-heavy

My compliance philosophy:

Compliance should feel predictable, not painful. Clear rules, clean records, trained people, and simple digital systems - that’s how factories stay safe and audit-ready.
